This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from the Only Appetizer website. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. Only Appetizer reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility for Returns:
Only Appetizer accepts returns under the following conditions:

b. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
c. Perishable items, such as frozen snacks and prepared snacks, are eligible for return only if there is a quality issue or if the product is damaged upon receipt.

Quality Issues or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product with quality issues or if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact Only Appetizer’s customer service within 01 hour of delivering the order by our representative. We may require video / photographic evidence to assess the issue. Only Appetizer will either replace the damaged product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Clearly label the package with the RA number provided by customer service.
c. Ship the product to the address provided by customer service, ensuring the product is securely packaged.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 07 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs:
Only Appetizer will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a quality issue or if the product is damaged upon receipt. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

a. Products not purchased directly from the Only Appetizer website.
b. Products not in their original condition or packaging.
c. Perishable items that are not returned due to quality issues or damage upon receipt.

Exchange Policy:
Only Appetizer does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers can return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
