Only Appetizer – Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Only Appetizer, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers when ordering our frozen snacks and prepared snacks. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order cancellations and refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. Only Appetizer reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Order Cancellation:
a. Customers:
Customers may request the cancellation of an order by contacting Only Appetizer’s customer service at vishal@onlyappetizer.com / +917795066560. The cancellation request must be made within allowed 01 hours of placing the order.

b. Only Appetizer:
Only Appetizer reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Unavailability of the product.
Inaccuracies in pricing or product information.
Suspected fraudulent activities.
Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to Only Appetizer due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, address not found and customer is not reachable over the phone during the delivery time slot), a refund may be issued, excluding the original shipping cost. Additional shipping charges for reshipment may apply.

c. Cancellation Period:
Customers may request to cancel an order within 01 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

d. Cancellation Request:
To cancel an order, customers must contact Only Appetizer’s customer service at vishal@onlyappetizer.com / +917795066560 and provide the order number. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.

e. Successful Cancellation:
If the cancellation request is approved and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

f. Unsuccessful Cancellation:
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return Policy for further instructions.

Refund Process:
a. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
Order cancellation within the specified period.
Quality issues or damage to the product upon receipt refer to the Return Policy for more details.
b. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The refund amount will include the product price and any applicable taxes, minus any discounts, promotions, or shipping fees.

c. Timelines:
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 07 business days from the date of approval. Refunds for quality issues or damaged products may take additional time due to assessment and verification.

Non-Refundable Items:
a. Consumable Products:
Perishable items, such as frozen snacks and prepared snacks, are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or damage upon receipt.

b. Customized or Personalized Products:
Products that have been customized or personalized according to customer specifications may be non-refundable.
