b. Delivery is available to both residential and commercial addresses within the specified delivery area.

a. Standard Delivery: Delivery may take between 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery location within Bangalore.
b. Delivery times may vary based on the availability of the product and the delivery address.
Shipping Costs:
a. A flat-rate shipping fee may apply to each order within Bangalore. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before confirming the order.

Delivery Address:

b. Only Appetizer is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
c. Accurate delivery addresses and contact information are a crucial part of offering you the best possible service. Please have your exact delivery location (including building, suite, and room number) ready when you place your order, along with the name and phone number of a contact person who will be present at the location and time of delivery.
Redirection:
The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
a. We will attempt delivery of the items only ONCE. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability, address location on Google Maps not provided), the customer may be contacted for further instructions. We will consider the order executed/completed in the below-mentioned cases:
Wrong/untraceable address.
Recipient not available.
Premises locked.
Wrong phone or cell number; phone not working; cell switched off or not working.
The recipient refused the products.
Delivered the product at the gate/ reception/ with security/neighbor.
b. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to an additional fee.
Instructions: No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.
